Dies erzeugt einen natürlichen Bodensatz, genau wie echtes Ale, da es im Fass in der Kneipe gärt. Für die Herstellung des 1698 Flaschenvergorenen Kentish Strong Ale werden nur lokale Hopfen, gemälzte Gerste, Traubenzucker und Wasser aus unserem artesischen Brunnen verwendet.
