History
Established in 1705 as a private dining club that saluted the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity. Today we celebrate the best that Argentina has to offer: great steak and outstanding Malbec
Regional Information
Situated along the Tunuyn River, Uco Valley in Mendoza is considered as one of the top wine regions in the whole of Argentina. The combination of high elevation - 1200 m above sea level - alluvial soils and irrigation provided by the Andes Mountains, allow elements of geography and climate to come together providing excellent fruit ripening and concentration and resulting in wines that are deep in colour, intense in aroma and rich in flavour.
