We don't use any artificial preservatives, yeast or added sugars. Just simple, carefully sourced ingredients that are slowly fermented and expertly batch-baked.
By baking our sourdough loaves in tins and slicing them, we're making them easier to enjoy every day. It's the same, craft sourdough you might find in a bakery or on the farmer's market, but sliced and available in your local store.
