Bonne Maman's tips: Sprinkle the contents of the attached sachet evenly over the surface of the Crème Brûlée. Place the pot in the oven until golden and bubbling. Allow to cool slightly before eating. Alternatively, serve cold.
Cooking guidelines
To serve Créme Brûlée, shake the caramel from the enclosed sachet evenly over the top of the dessert. Alternatively, for a traditional grilled topping, sprinkle your own brown sugar over the top before placing the pot under a preheated grill. Grill for a few minutes until bubbling. Allow to cool and enjoy!
